When you submit a Join Us application or leave a comment on the Contact page the data is only submitted to authorised officers of EnBro for the purpose of adding you to our membership list and sending walk information. Walk leaders may have access to your contact details for communicating with you about their walk or if you get lost!
EnBro website pictures
We use pictures of of members on EnBro walks to enliven the website. If you do not wish to appear in any pictures taken please inform the leader and anyone taking pictures. Notwithstanding we will, of course, remove or obscure any identifiable image of you on request.
What rights you have over your data
If you have used the Join Us form, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the contents. You may also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you if you leave EnBro. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
